You can still Eat Out and Eat Smart!!!

OMG! ( Hope all this helps)!

People go all craz when it comes to eating out, when they are going thru their lifestyle changes!!!
Not meeeeeee!! I'm here to share with you some healthier options that I've found for us at our POPULAR local places that won't wreck your day, and your workout, that I know you all did today!! (;

This is in no order, because I'm lazy!! HAHA!!!

1.  Chipotle Mexican Grill

( I'm already salivating, just typing this)!

Not so great choice:
Burrito, with carnitas, cilantro-lime rice, sour cream, roasted chili corn salsa, and cheese: “On the surface it’s not that bad, but anything with a burrito-size flour tortilla and sour cream has a lot of calories, sodium, and fat,” Kleiner says. A burrito built this way clocks in at 910 calories, 40 grams of both fat and cholesterol, and almost a full day’s worth of sodium.

Ahhhh.... Now that's Better:
Burrito bowl, with steak or chicken, brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, guacamole, and green salsa: The best meal at Chipotle is one that skips the tortillas. This burrito bowl is a square 510 calories, 17 grams of fat, and an impressive 22 grams of fiber. “It’s got lean protein and heart-healthy fats that will give you a full feeling for longer. This is pretty good meal,” says our expert. Be sure to ask for half the normal amount of guacamole, as the dollop tends to be generous.

2.  (Love them)

No No:
Almond & Cashew Chicken (very high calories, outrageously high sodium)
Crispy Honey Chicken (extremely high calories)

3. ( We all love this place, and if you're like me, you probably crave it the most on the one day of the week when it's CLOSED Sunday, I'm telling you I do that every time, lol)

Sad...But it's a NO NO (once my fav too)

Happy choices and Calorie Savers!!

#1: The Chick-fil-A Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich
The Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich is made with a generously-sized boneless chicken breast that's marinated in seasonings. It's served on a whole wheat bun with lettuce and tomato. Just skip the packet of BBQ sauce to keep your sugar and calories down. The Chick-fil-A Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich (without the flavoring packet) contains 260 calories, 3 grams of fat and 7 grams of fiber. It's also a great source of protein, weighing in with 27 grams per sandwich.
#2: Chick-fil-A Chargrilled Chicken Cool Wrap
If you're in the mood for a wrap instead of a sandwich, pick up the freshly-prepared Chicken Cool Wrap made with grilled chicken breast, shredded carrots, tomato, lettuce and a sprinkling of cheese. The Chick-fil-A Chargrilled Chicken Cool Wrap contains 410 calories and 12 grams of fat. You'll also get 33 grams of protein from this tasty wrap, and it's a low in saturated fat (just 4 grams). Turn this into a healthy meal with a side salad and light Italian dressing.
